God’s Word is for everyone and yet, for years, many people who struggle to read have therefore found it difficult to access. However, times are changing. The British Dyslexia Association states that 10% of the UK population are dyslexic, of which 4% are severely affected. This means that 10% – a staggering 6.8 million people – may find reading the Bible difficult, let alone starting a journey to absorb and be transformed by it. Until now.

Last year in 2024, publishers in the US such as Crossway and Lifeway, have worked with 2K Denmark, a typography company. Five years ago, Klaus from 2K Denmark met Sarah Grace of Sarah Grace Publishing who inspired him to join with her to create the Grace Typeface, a dyslexia-friendly font that not only helps those with dyslexia but enables anyone to read more easily.
Fast forward to now in 2025, there are currently four bibles on the market featuring the Grace Typeface and we’ve listed them here for you.

So, why are these Bibles easier to read?
To design a bible that is easy to read is no straightforward task, but it’s been made possible through the Grace Typeface. This is because the font has added weight to keep letters to the baseline as well as sticking to specific layout principles for every book where the dyslexia-friendly font is used. For example, there is always generous spacing between letters, words, lines and paragraphs to avoid crowding and to reduce visual stress.
Plus, these bibles include coloured overlays to improve reading speeds, comprehension and retention of what’s being read.
Where can I buy these dyslexia-friendly Bibles?
These bibles are available to buy from us here at Sarah Grace Publishing. We also publish other dyslexia-friendly books for adults and children in the Grace Typeface because everyone deserves to be a reader!
